Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The worst experience with an enterprise location. The staff was friendly, however I received on care that clearly needed engine mounts. Had to take it back in less than 15 min. Received second one and wipers are so old if it rained I wouldn't have been able to see clearly. Then noticed as I get to a store visit that one of the rear wheel well covers were split and laying on the tire, wich would explain the scraping sound I heard when I hit breaks. It's concerning that these vehicles aren't being inspected for safety issues like this. More importantly how often or are they being maintenance regularly. I drive a lot for work now im stuck in an unsafe vehicle waiting for a call back from management over 2 hours ago. Ive always rented from enterprise for personal use if needed. Im consideri

Mel and the staff treated us with the utmost professionalism and made the process smooth and stress-free. Our vehicle was ready right on schedule and was spotless inside and out. We were celebrating our 17-year wedding anniversary, and they made everything hassle-free, which made our special occasion even better. Second time renting from here. The first time, I had to bring the car back twice. Once for low tire pressure and once for a low-key battery. luckily I had not started my trip yet. Now today, I rented another vehicle In the economy class Because of budget. I know I am not going to get any high-end vehicle, but I do expect to get a reliable vehicle. I received a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage, and it is probably the worst vehicle I have ever driven. Why would you rent a discontinued 3 L engine vehicle that can barely reach higher speeds And sounds like Crap?I have to travel to my parents house which is mostly highway driving and I am petrified to do so. The staff at the Bear DE Pulaski Hwy were very professional and courteous. Car pickup and drop-off was expedient and efficient. The location was very clear. My rental was, clean and had NO odors.

We have used this car rental business on average once every 2 years for road trips over the past 15 years. Good vehicles, friendly service, efficient...No complaints! This last time, we needed a small car for use while waiting on our own vehicle.
