David and the team at Enterprise in Bell Haven got my family and I out of a pinch when we learned we couldn’t take our bicycles, trailer and child through the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. David rented me a Dodge Ram 1500 that solved the problem immediately, even when rentals were very low. David thank you for your kindness, courtesy and professionalism shown to my family and I. Many, many thanks! Highly recommended.

No one in the office knows what they are doing. Tried to charge a second deposit for an extension for the rental. Got the extension finally then tried to charge AGAIN while dropping the car off. If you don't want double charges I would suggest a different enterprise.

Spoke to a guy just this morning about my appointment and confirmed I'd be at the location at a specific time different from what I originally scheduled. Left the phone conversation with the understanding that my reservation was confirmed. Got to the location and was told they gave my reservation away to another customer. He acknowledged our conversation but doesn't remembered the time of the rental. I'm a rental customer for over 16 years and this is my first bad experience with this location. Very disappointed! 😔

Rented a mini van for out of state trip,,van was ready for pick up at the exact time,and very reliable vehicle on the trip,and return was super easy,great deal for what I needed it for and very nice employees,,will be doing business with them in the future.very satisfied, great job enterprise
