Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a car through my insurance because my car was in the body shop. I felt there was no professionalism in this location from the manager, Vicky. She was very dismissive and not very friendly to me. She would leave me standing at the desk as other customers came in, I’d gather they were regular customers. I recall feeling very unimportant. And then she would go all the way to the back and sit at her desk while I was still standing there. I would have to summon for her that I was there and still there was no immediate concern. Very odd and disappointing. Carlos appeared to be more friendly and helpful. However, My car ended up being in the body shop more than we thought. And at the time there was a cap on my rental I think it was 30 days or $1500 Enterprise never reached out to me to

Great customer service. I just don't like the fact that the gas tank is not top full when you pick up the rental. So they either make money by charging if you're low or by you put in more than you need. Please demand full or empty tank of gas when you rent a car

My vehicle broke down in Audubon and I drove it to the Bellmawr location where they treated me like a family member in a crisis. I am forever grateful for their kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you Bellmawr Enterprise and Happy holidays.

Waited until a few days before our trip and then told us we need a utility bill in our name for debit card and apparently couldn’t find my information when I rented a car last year from the company in cape may area and didn’t need a utility bill in my name.
