Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an amazing experience renting a 12 pass van. It was right after our huge snow storm but they made sure to get the vehicle to me in great condition even offered to reimburse me for a car wash, but it was not needed. Seriously really great team, professional and respectful. I usually use another location that I dread using because of staff but gave this one a chance because it’s open on Sundays when I wanted to do the return. Will be going to this location only in the future.

My husband and I had the best experience renting a 2025 Dodge Durango from Enterprise in Bellmore. Our truck was in the shop so we needed something quick and from the moment we walked in to rent the truck, to the moment we dropped it back off a few weeks later, our experience was excellent. Every single person that worked there was knowledgeable, friendly and super accommodating throughout the entire rental. We were kept up-to-date via text or email in reference to our insurance and the rental coverage. It was just one less thing I needed to think about and I'm so grateful for their service. This Wantagh location is awesome! Huge shout out to Branch Manager Anthony S! I told him my situation and he was able to get me in a car quickly and the transaction was so easy! The young men that operate this store are AMAZING. Fast, efficient, kind dudes that go above & beyond. That parking lot is terrible & they maneuver all the cars with ease. Also had the not great pleasure of watching them deal with a couple that was particularly difficult - and they displayed a patient manner that deserves respect. Restores my faith in Long Island humanity.
