Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Above and beyond! We were going on a work trip and I needed to add another driver to the reservation. It was pretty annoying that my coworker had to drive 45 minutes to meet me at Enterprise Rent-A-Car just to show her ID, but I understand — policy is policy. I think it’s hard to find good customer service, much less customer service that exceeds expectations anymore. Our pickup reservation was set for 11:30 AM, and they were very busy and didn’t get to us until about 11:50. By the time my coworker was pulling out to head back home, it was easily 12:15 — and this location had already closed at noon. As she was pulling out, one of the employees waved her down because he noticed her back tire was flat. He asked her to drive around, inflated the tire for her, and recommended a tire shop. Th

100% friendly and service was beyond exceptional. I left in a better mood than how I came in. For a grumpy old guy, that is impressive. That Bluffton location and the crew there rocks 100%. I was so happy with the 2026 Durango, I never got a photo. Now, I want to trade my car in after 1 year from the Enterprise Pre-owned. There are some fantastic deals. You have swayed me on this and I like it. I don't know what else to say. It's all about loyalty, not royalty. You have mine.

In October, I was rear-ended. I got a rental provided by the insurance of the lady who hit me. Enterprise made it an easy process and the lady who helped me was amazing- that wasn’t the issue. During the process though, I mistakenly gave them my credit card (which I thought was for liability reasons) & they ended up charging me for “insurance & road side assistance” when I never agreed to it and told them no because the rental was covered by the other insurance. When I dropped off my car, they ended up taking a payment of over $1,000 on my credit card with no follow up or invoices. I have tried SO many times to call them & leave voicemails but their mailbox is full. Absolutely horrendous location. Do yourself a favor and avoid the stress and book elsewhere. They don't have enough cars, overbook, and WONT TELL YOU. I booked a luxury vehicle. I get a call the night before saying "we probably won't have a luxury vehicle but we'll put you in something else and reduce your rate". Not ideal but fine, at least I have a car. I book luxury as I'm a disabled veteran and need the extra comfort for my spinal injuries. This morning, the morning of the booking they say not only do they not have a luxury vehicle...THEY HAVE NO CARS! He said maybe at noon, except they close at noon! No solutions were offered at all. I've been to countless car rental locations over the years. There is a young lady named Taylor at this particular location, who is simply amazing. Her positive attitude, enthusiastic energy and willingness to help with whatever is needed, far exceeded my expectations. She is a genuinely good person, and it shows in how she performs her job. The car was wonderful, but Taylor made me a repeat customer.
