Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I returned a rental vehicle this morning. A very helpful young man named Olsen was ready and waiting in the parking lot. He helped me to remove my cell phone connections to the vehicle. He also asked if I had any problems with the vehicle. Olsen was professional and efficient when he inspected the vehicle. The vehicle I miss it already. Olsen helped make the process easier.

Your corporate office needs to really get involved and make sure that you have enough cars in stock to fully handle the volume. It is not the agent's fault when someone shows up and there are no cars available. The agents are the fall guys and have to deal with very unhappy customers. I would love to talk to someone at corporate about this. I have reached out a few times met with silence. The guys that I dealt with at the local Enterprise offices were nothing short of absolutely terrific. If anyone bothers to reach out to me I will tell you about my experience. I am not hopeful however.

I was given my rental car in excellent condition with a full tank of gas. The young man in the office, was very efficient and knowledgeable. Returning the vehicle was super. Due to complications, I was unable to arrive on time. They kept the office open, after hours, and waited for me to get a full tank of gas. Thus, I am not only happy for the service at Enterprise, I am also grateful for their kindness and compassion.

Enterprise made it super easy and very fast for me to get a rental while my car was being fixed up at the auto repair shop. Every worker was very kind, helpful, and fast. The rental car I got was very well kept and did its job until my car was all fixed up at the shop. 10/10 experience and would recommend going to the enterprise off of Woolbright in Boynton!

My husband and I kept running into issue after issue with every other rental company we went to and called. I called this location and spoke with Harry over the phone and explained our situation to him and he answered every question we had. When we showed up to pick up the car, he couldn't have been any more helpful. He was very personable and professional and got us on the road within minutes! Thank you Harry!
