I had an excellent experience with Enterprise. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and patience, and they made the entire process very smooth and stress-free. They provided me with a clean and reliable vehicle, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and supported. I also appreciated that they helped transport me to the location where my personal vehicle was being repaired — that level of service meant a lot to me. Every detail was handled perfectly, and they truly went above and beyond. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the service I received. Thank you for making this such a positive experience.

Enterprise Rental Car is Bristol, CT is one my go-to places. Rented from.there many times over past 5 years for a variety of reason. The guys in the office are professional, kind and fast. The cars have been great. I've had thr Waggoneer and a Ford Bronco Sport and everything in between. Clean, new and run well. I got my most recent rental after an accident and things went very smooth bn my insurance company and Enterprise. Had my rental within an hour of filing me claim. Was in and out of the office quickly with no fuss. Easy peasey per usual.

It was fast and reliable. Easy to alter contract for more days. Even, I was attended at last mins to close on new years eve. Vehicle wasn't fueled but told to bring it the same. Easy drop off even on a busy Monday morning. This office sure knows about fast convenient service.

We often rent from the Bristol CT Enterprise - we have other options for locations but it’s the only one we will use. Why? Because the staff is amazing! A special thanks to Brenden, Jake, Ken & Rich. Their customer service is top notch and they are always available to help us. I feel they go above & beyond every time!

This location needs serious improvement in communication and customer care. I was assured multiple times that the upgraded vehicle I wanted would be available after maintenance and that it was being held for me. I rearranged my schedule and returned as instructed, only to have the manager, Ken, speak to me rudely and hand the exact vehicle I was promised to another customer right in front of me. This was disrespectful, unprofessional, and showed no regard for my time. Customers deserve honesty and follow-through. Unfortunately, that did not happen here.
