Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Customer service was terrible, my vehicle I reserved wasn't ready and I booked it more than a month in advance. They basically said there was nothing they could do. I was disappointed, and it's not a good look especially when companies team up with you to use your services. I think some of the employees need to be retrained. A person having to travel out of town for work purposes was not important to this location.I guess they don't care about losing business.Will not book at this location anymore.

We reserved a vehicle for our vacation, got there to pick it up (Brookhaven, MS location) and they didn’t have one available for us and several other people who also reserved. There was only one gentleman working and he was doing his best to help everyone, but they needed more workers. He had his hands full and couldn’t even answer the phone which stayed ringing. Needless to say, we left without a vehicle.

I was extremely pleased with my rental. The staff were so helpful with making sure I got the car that I needed, it was ready when I got there and the staff couldn’t have been more polite with the transactions. Very pleased with the service I received and i will be sure to pass it on to anyone that is needing a rental. It was a pleasure experience.

They were professional...very knowledgeable...and yes they did give me a ride to the car dealership once car was repaired...will use again if need arises.

The man that helped us was very nice and helpful. I would go back to this location for the best service.
