I've dealt with Enterprise Car Rentals on several occasions, when I rented from them for trips in the past and, most recently, a rental as a result of an accident with my POV. Topnotch staff, extremely helpful, will get you a car that fits you and fits your needs. I worked with the 2235 Flatbush Avenue branch just this past two weeks. Exemplary service as usual. And I have had experiences with other car rentals that would curl your hair! Want the best? Go Enterprise! You won't regret it!

I would like to share my positive experience with the Enterprise Car Rental on Flatbush Avenue following a car accident I was involved in. The process was easy and efficient, and the staff was fast, knowledgeable, and courteous. I especially want to thank Victor, who went above and beyond to ensure I received the car type I needed—one that I felt comfortable and confident driving. Always a great experience when renting cars through Enterprise! The team at the Flatbush Avenue location (off Fillmore/Avenue R) are absolutely the best. Professional, so helpful, kind and always with smiles on their faces. I hope that Regional Enterprise realizes what a fantastic team they have at that location and acknowledges them for their work ethic! Yes they did it again!!! Just when I thought this place couldn’t do any better than my last fabulous experience .. they Wow me. From the first greeting from Richard the price, the service, the quickness of getting on the road to my easy return and making sure I had a great experience.. there’s NO other place I would use.. the ENTIRE team is there to please and make your renting a safe, easy pleasant experience! This is my second time posting this review. It seems like my previous review was removed. I am a repeat customer. Whatever you do, stay away from this location. Go to the one on Flatbush Avenue in Marine Park. The manager at this location is very rude and has an attitude. I was made to wait a long time for my rental. Then they gave me a dirty car that was unsafe to drive due to a dirty windshield, window and passenger side rear view mirror, which caused reduced visibility. When I requested receipt after returning the car, they failed to send it via email so I had to go back to the location to get a copy. The old manager was very nice. Not sure what happened with the new one.
