Great place to rent cars from. We rent a few times a year. The crew is always very quick at pickup and drop off, making sure that we understand the process before leaving the lot. The vehicles we have rented have always clean and ready to go when we arrive. We appreciate all the attention to detail that they pay to the customer and will continue to rent from them..

Place absolutely went above and beyond. Gui, John, and Emily made sure I got the best service ever. Customer service satisfaction is an understatement. If you rent a car, this is the place. Most fantastic positive business experience in 2025 I had.

This location in Brooksville was great! They had my car ready, freshly detailed with a full tank of gas. I was in and out within 10 minutes to pick up the car. All the guys working were very helpful.

Not sure when Enterprise made it a thing of not filling the car with fuel when you rent? This is the second time in 3 months that I've rented from Enterprise and I receive a car with a 1/4 tank of fuel. So when I returned it (having crossed 3 states, not wanting to make multiple stops along the route to put fuel in, so I filled it up & ended up turning it in with a 1/2 tank of fuel) IMO, seems this is very beneficial for the company's bottom line. Not so much for their customers.
