Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We called the Brownwood, Texas, location, discussed a rental, and asked them to pick us up at our home. Their driver arrived on schedule, drove us to the rental office, where a courteous, conscientious staff greeted us. The car was ready to go, so after check-in, we left. We returned the car the same day, rather than the second day as planned, since our need for the vehicle had been met. The availability of car rental, the ease of renting, and the polite, professional staff made a worrisome day very pleasant. Thanks, Enterprise!

I called this location five days ahead of the pickup date for my insurance rental. The guy (never would give his name) was unhelpful and negative about being able to get the vehicle we needed to replace the one that was going into the body shop. He promised a call back that never came. When I followed up the morning before the date needed, he said that none of the other locations had called him back but that he would follow up and call me back. Of course, he never did. I called corporate and was able to transfer my reservation to Stephenville - but of course, the guy at Brownwood wouldn't pick up the phone in several calls to complete the transfer. He was a complete nightmare - it would've been better if he had just said outright that he didn't feel like doing the work to accommodate

The staff was friendly and professional. The car was a nice ride. The check in and check out was quick and easy. I will go back for sure if ever needed again.

The car ran smoothly on my trip to Oklahoma. Got great gas mileage I not had to stop for gas about thirty miles from. Home.

Good price, nice friendly service staff, they explained everything. Good lust of vehicles to choose from. Drawback was that they were supposed to be open on Saturday till noon because I had questions about my return, but no one was at the Brownwood store.
