Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I used a rent car while my car was in the dealership for repair. Enterprise gave me a ride to their location. The service was polite, efficient, and professional. Highly recommended

​DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. This is a group of scam artists. I had a rental car for 3 days that I dropped off here.​ 2 months later I get a notification from my car insurance that they submitted a claim for hail damage. It never rained, nor hailed during my time having the car. There were no accidents, there was no damage. These people didn't send me any sort of notification after dropping off the car, they're liars and scam artists. THIS IS YOUR WARNING, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!

Tried to help my dad confirm his reservation through insurance at this location. I called and sat on hold three different times for 20 minutes plus and nobody answered the phone. I called another nearby enterprise location, who transferred me to them and they still didn’t answer the phone. Very, very , very poor customer service and we will be going through a different location. If I could give 0 stars I would, you can’t even get somebody on the phone. HORRIBLE

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Kemar at this location was extremely poor. It took several calls and over an hour to get a rental quote. He initially refused to check for the car model I requested, only doing so after I insisted. He attempted to transfer me to reservations which failed, resulting in an "this entry is not valid" message and more callbacks and then refused to provide me with a price quote (only did so after I called back again). All I was looking for was availability and a price quote. That's it. I'm not sure why it was like pulling teeth to get that information. In the past, Steve (manager) and Cam have been great, but without them present today, this employee was rude, demeaning, and unhelpful. I do not recommend this location unless you can get Ste
