Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great management team! My reservation was wipes from their system unbeknownst to me because of a new policy Enterprise has, that online reservation are only good for 24 hours. The attendant working said she would do her best to honor original reservation. Long story short, not only didn't they give me a great rate but upgraded me with a premium 2024 Genesis SUV. I definitely recommend this location for rentals. They always treat me well.

I paid more money for a luxury vehicle and got the cheapest Audi made! I got a flat tire during my rental and roadside assistance for the rental said my flat tire couldn’t be changed on 95 but never offered any alternative! Once I figured it out myself by calling the state police, they put me in touch with the turnpike operations who changed the tire. I learned that while on the turnpike to dial #95 when you have vehicle issues like a flat tire. Why didn’t Enterprise roadside assistance know this?! Then when I returned the rental, I was told the cost of the tire change was my responsibility even though I purchased extra insurance to cover the rental and any other vehicle involved in an accident! I didnt expect to be taken care of so quickly. The young lady that checked my out was very professional and friendly. When I returned the car I got the same great service. When Im in Jersey this will be my rental spot. Thanks

You are NOT allowed to use your EZpass at this location. The staff is rude! They refused to address me even after waiting 10 mins. Ten mins after, a customer walked in and was immediately greeted. Thankfully the customer acknowledged me, so the agents were forced to assist me. Most car rental allow you to transfer your tolls to your active, EZPass account, but not this location.

I’ve been a repeat customer at this location for years and have always had positive experiences in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing due to very poor customer service. One employee in particular (an African-American male with short hair, medium built, working the morning shift) was noticeably impatient, dismissive, and displayed a confrontational attitude throughout the entire interaction. He provided incorrect information, refused to listen to my concerns, and made the process far more difficult than necessary. The overall demeanor from the current staff felt rushed and uninterested in helping customers.
