Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Booked an economy car for a weekly rental. They gave me an upgrade to a nice Nissan Sentra at the same price. Called to change the pick-up date to a day later due to the weather. No problem. Ended up not needing the car for the full week. They gave me a refund for the unused days. No problem. Fast and professional service. Enterprise Rental in Canton gets 5 stars from me.

10 minutes before I was to pick up the car I had reserved at least a month ago, I was informed they had no cars available. They did say if I could wait about 30 mins they were having another car brought in. I waited and took the other car. It was a Camera which was nice. I had reserved a compact AWD suv. The staff was very nice. But others were being turned away. I am giving 3 stars for reliability. Makes me nervous to reserve a car from here with no guarantee that I will have one when I get there.

Top notch experience! This was my first time renting a car and the first time using enterprise. We needed to rent the 15 passenger van. The online reservation was simple and smooth. I felt as if it couldn’t have been that simple, so I called and spoke to a lady on the phone and she was super informative and answered all my questions. I felt at ease. My reservation was for 10 am, but I showed up 30 minutes early and our van was ready to go. The 2 employees working were super helpful and made the process a breeze. After returning the rental after office hours, the next business day I received a follow-up call regarding my service. Talk about great customer service! Just a shout out that the Enterprise Rent-a-Car in Canton does an excellent job at service and reliability. I’ve now used them 3 or 4 times and never had a problem. And Enterprise is typically the least expensive car rental available day in and day out.
