What i like was THOMAS at the location DIRECTLY next to auto body evolution. Very professional, communicated very clearly. He brought the car around very clean. Never experienced a push start car and even though I ask him the same questions in different ways about 3 times he still was very patient with me. I drove off came back in 5 minutes due to the tire light came on he was outside ALREADY while I was driving back up and ask me what's wrong I told him and he FIX IT . Came back week later to drop off THOMAS did That!!!!! He was already outside did the walk around said THANK YOU. The professionalism top tier, the clear stern communication with patience new level of expertise. Thank you wonderful experience

First, all unresponsive businesses deserve one star. Being on hold with the robot voice repeating itself then to hear a click and it turns to terrible waiting music. They love to waste your time. You should also expect to wait for any service in general. After having to correct their mistakes/suspicious decisions, I came 3 days in a row and noticed only the same 3 team members were on shift. This location doesn’t answer the phone because they have no staff. Might be time to close up shop. They gave me a car with the oil light on and I am convinced, the most technologically deficient car they have. I was already irritated to be given a Nissan Altima (as I drive an Audi and believed I should’ve been sent elsewhere with a similar option of cars, insurance sent me here). The Apple CarPlay rare

A Remarkable Customer Service Experience What started as a frustrating setback quickly became one of the most uplifting customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you, Enterprise team! The evening before, I reserved a rental car through the GEICO app so I could drop my Honda off at Autobody Evolution (conveniently located right next door to this Enterprise branch) for repairs. When I arrived the next morning to pick up my rental, I was told—very politely—that no vehicles were currently available. The first gentleman asked me to please have a seat while he worked to resolve the issue. At one point, he mentioned that a larger truck could be made available, but it would cost more than my insurance allowance. Thomas and Brian are absolutely the best combo at the Catonsville office! I love their customer service and they are always so professional! Great experience. Employee went above and beyond to help me. It was just after the huge snow and ice storm. Got me in there and put me in a rental. Even helped with dropping my key off with Auto Body Evolution.
