Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Reserved the smallest vehicle over a month and a half in advance. I was called under 20 minutes before picking up the car that they have no cars left.trish also said they knew for two weeks they had no cars yet they call me that soon. I have called the number left by owner and no reply. Trish was very rude to the phone and didn't seem to car at all that our vacation to Niagara falls was ruined and plans for 2 years gone thanks a lot Trish do better

Thank you, Trish Hamm Enterprise in Center Conway, NH. The van was perfect for our vacation. It was comfortable, loved the adaptive cruise control and surprisingly good gas mileage for such a big vehicle. As always you made it so easy and affordable for our travel.

Trish is an awesome asset to your company, please make sure to reward your outstanding employees. Ad businesses sometimes forget about the employees and worry about their bottom line. Always been happy with Enterprise, as they seem to have a great staff in most locations. We have dedicated to renting from them primarily.

This place ruined our family plans to see my grandmother for her 90th birthday. We booked an suv a month in advance, just to get a phone call a couple days before saying there will be no rental cars available. I've now read several other reviews similar to mine. Get your act together or just close your doors. What a joke of a business.

Trish is amazing! When I needed a rental for a few weeks she sent me over my car/suv choices, had the car sparkling clean and ready to go that night. The pickup and drop off could not have been easier. Thanks Trish!!
