Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was sent to the Western Branch location via insurance. Kia was beyond rude! So unprofessional! I made a suggestion that they advise their clients when renting that the tolls are going to be directly deducted from the account on file, as that isn’t an item reviewed during rental. She immediately got rude and stated “We have no way to know if you are using tolls.” Not what I said. I said I understood but that as a customer I was making a suggestion for the next customer. She went behind the counter and accused me of being disrespectful for making a suggestion when I was no such thing then told me to get out of her store. I had a 5:30 PM reservation for an XL truck at this location. When I arrived, there were already multiple customers waiting. Around 6:00 PM, a female representative assisted me and informed me that no XL trucks were available. I was told my only options were to take a van or cancel the reservation. I asked why I was not contacted in advance to be notified of this issue and was told they were too busy to call. When I questioned how this situation was the customer’s fault, I was told it was due to previous customers not returning the truck on time. There was no empathy, accountability, or attempt to provide alternative solutions. The interaction then became unprofessional. I've only had good experiences with Enterprise at this location. It's convenient and the staff does well to handle the high volume of customers. They were very professional and helpful during the previous rentals I've had here. Would recommend them and this location.

I reserved a vehicle online, and checked in via the website. Only to arrive and there was no vehicles at all available to accommodate me today. The only solution I was provided was to get a rental tomorrow. That is a major inconvenience to me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience with the company as a whole. The staff were professional and respectful, but very obviously overwhelmed with two employees on a Saturday.

Had a truck reserved for over a week to be picked up at 2pm.. I needed this vehicle as I was getting mine serviced. I arrived at the rental location (Chesapeake, Priority Chevrolet) at 8:30am, was told to come back at 2pm. Got a call at 1:50pm and was told no vehicles would be available. Got a nice vehicle from another rental agency an hour later. I have used Enterprise many times in the past…will never use again or recommend to others..
