Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great place to get a rental in an emergency or a road trip and you can return your rental after hours and drop the key in there lock box but if any damage occurs before car is inspected you are responsible so keep that in mind. Other than that great service!

Enterprise withheld information about how the bill for Ma Turnpike tolls. I was billed 3 times the published rate ($20.95 vs $7.90) and then they lied about the program multiple times, claiming it was not part of Enterprise and that they had no obligation at the time of rental, or during the online reservation process, to disclose what the fees could be. Instead, she claimed I had to ask them in order to be notified. The rep then hung up on me when I asked for a manager. When I called corporate line to ask for a manager they said they could not give me one, I had to go in person to the local office.

Love the Dodge 250 I rented and the guys at Fuller St service were great but beware of the system they use for tolls. Had own transducer on dash the entire 2 trips. But keep on getting credit card charged by htoll.com 6 weeks later and paid on my account. And you get charged like 13 bucks for a 1.50 toll. Just rent if no toll roads involved. Ready to block card from them. They should have their own transducers in vehicles and just charge customer actual tolls rather than play we got your CC # games

Jannette, Alex and the team were awesome. My car has been in the shop and they got me in a sweet ride right away. The car was clean and they made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. I’ll definitely be asking for them if I need a rental in the future!

All the employees on Fuller road in Chicopee were very helpful especially Nick, outstanding service. I would recommend this enterprise, great cars too.
