Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My brother rented a car in San Antonio to visit me in Clovis. The car had an expired plate on it. The assistant manager would not replace the car, and argued with corporate roadside assistance about replacement. He was most uncooperative. The only thing he finally did manage to do was obtain a copy of the registration from corporate. This still will not stop my brother from getting pulled over, and possibly cited for failure to display current vehicle plates on the vehicle. The assistant manager was rude, uninformed, and most uncooperative. This small problem was way over his pay grade, or his capabilities.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This was the second time I have rented from Enterprise and had a great experience each time. Definitely will use their services again.

If I could review this business a no star review I would. Please know that giving it a one star review is GENEROUS! Isaiah is allegedly the manager and he sucks at customer service. I called and asked if we could move my reservation to Los Lunas instead of Clovis. I explained to him that I would be towing my stuff in another vehicle and it would work better to pick up the car there in Los Lunas. This man would not shut his mouth and he began to tell me RUDELY that I can’t tow with their vehicles. I tried to explain again that I was not going to tow with his vehicle but he would not stop being rude. I hung up just like any other person would do when a business is being nasty. I always choose Enterprise and I have never experienced anything but excellent service. Clovis NM and Albuquerque NM make rentals and return efficient, error free and quick.

Enterprise rental handled my rental is a fast, friendly and efficient manner. I could not be more pleased with my experiences with enterprise. They will always be my go to for car rentals.
