Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I wanted to reach out with kudos for your team and the excellent service they provided. I had to come in to Colorado Springs on business Monday night and was helped by a young made named Steven (maybe Stephen, I apologize but I forget the spelling). He was very kind, helpful, and respectful - provided outstanding service. The vehicle was also top notch and served my needs above and beyond what I was expecting. Upon my return Wednesday morning, I was greeted by a friendly young lady (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) who very quickly, said "Joey will check you in right away" and pointed out my contact for return procedures. From pick up to drop off, the entire process was easy-peasy. The manager working Thursday evening was friendly, engaging, and professional. When I dropped off the car Sunday afternoon, the attendant could not have made the return easier. The Colorado Spring Enterprise enterprise is excellent and reflects great credit on the organization.

The enterprise at Colorado Springs was perfect. It didn’t take long to get the vehicle. The car was very clean, spacious, great navigation system and also had WiFi. The customer service were very nice as well. Felt welcomed and happy to receive this car from enterprise. I would definitely choose them again.

Our flight was cancelled out of Colorado Springs where I was supposed to drop our car for an early morning flight. We were rescheduled out of Denver rather than delay our winter vacation by two days, and I was charged $130 extra, I assume for a drop fee. (The car was a Toyota Rav 4, and had California plates anyway). I have been a loyal enterprise customer for at least 20 years but have been reconsidering anyway because of their willingness to rent luxury vehicles to ICE for their activities across the country.

Enterprise car rental has been my go to place for years. How they treated me prior to being 25 and took care of me has made me a loyal customer for years. I had to rent a van from this location and it was a great experience from the go. Upon arrival I had the privilege of being waited on by Robert Souders, super helpful and a very nice person who represents Enterprise and their companies very well. When returning the van, I was helped by Nick Kenyon who was also very nice and super helpful. I have to rent a van again coming up and look forward to doing so.
