Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a very disappointing experience at the Enterprise location on Highway 278 in Covington, GA. I made a reservation for a rental vehicle scheduled for 3:00 PM, and upon arrival I was informed that no vehicles were available for the reservation I had already confirmed. What was most concerning was the lack of communication and customer consideration. At no point prior to my arrival did anyone from the location contact me to inform me that a vehicle would not be available. Had I received a courtesy call in advance, I could have made alternate arrangements or reserved a vehicle at another location. Instead, I arrived expecting the reservation to be honored and was left without a solution. A confirmed reservation should provide customers with a reasonable level of assurance that a vehicle

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!! To make a long story short. I rented a vehicle from this location. About a week later, I arrived to work one day and noticed that the trim of the drivers side door had came off. I immediately called Enterprise. I spoke with Braxton and I explained to him. I asked him if I needed to return the vehicle now and will it be considered as damaged (so that I would know how to proceed) he acted clueless so I asked him if I could send him pictures because I didn’t want any surprise fees in the end. He texted me his number and said if there was an issue that he would let me know. I sent in pictures. Hours passed and I didn’t hear anything. I called just to be sure. I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise on 278 in Covington, GA. This location handled my rental with exceptional customer care. Each representative that I encountered was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. This was a busy time of the year, but my rental proceed was handled quickly but not rushed. They treated me like a VIP from pick up to drop off! I was very pleased with my total experience! I recommend them and wil use them again for my rental car needs. Margaret E.

I was visiting Atlanta from Dallas and ran into issues getting a rental car at the airport — vehicles were unavailable due to some ongoing local circumstances. My uncle, who lives nearby, referred me to this location, and I’m so glad he did. I called on Saturday morning (11/8/25), and the gentleman who answered was extremely helpful. Within minutes, he set up my reservation, and the pickup process was smooth and hassle-free. Returning the car on Monday (11/10/25) was just as easy. The two guys at the counter were friendly, efficient, and made the checkout process seamless. I truly appreciate the excellent service from the entire team. I’ll definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a car in Covington — and I’ll be using them again in the future.

Great customer service. Car I reserved 30 minutes before pick up was there. Only con.. the car had not been cleaned properly and the staff offered me provisional options before taking it off the lot. I rent from this location quite frequently and never have an issue.
