The Crofton branch of Enterprise Rent-A-Car delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their team was not only professional and courteous, but they went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met. Their commitment to outstanding customer service truly sets them apart—it felt more like working with a trusted partner than a rental company. I couldn’t be more impressed.

I had a great experience. The shuttle, the check in/out process & instructions were clear on what/how to do. Vehicle was glean & in good working condition

Please call customers earlier instead of waiting till right at my reservation pick up time. if you don't have the vehicles on hand especially the last hour before enterprise closes. Very unprofessional and had to pay an extra $130 extra at a different location because they can't even move the reservation. Just avoid this location and go else where. Rates might be nice but doesn't do any good when you need a car.

If you are a responsible and reasonable adult, you should have a very good experience! The team (Mr. Griffin) and management (Mr. Jason) took EXCELLENT care of us. 1. FAST 2. Professional 3. Knowledgeable MY ADVICE: ALWAYS INSURE YOUR RENTAL. ALWAYS! Check every angle including windows and windshield for chips/cracks and check all around the under body! Safe driving!
