The customer service industry is a tough. Either you’ve got it or you don’t. The staff at this place certainly has it. Liam, Austin and the crew, truly demonstrate what it means to accommodate customers with top tier customer service, hospitality and respect. The garbage dealership next door could take notes from these guys. I was in a very difficult situation for many months with croton auto park but these guys did everything they could at the very least to make me have a wonderful experience with my rental.
