My experience with the Cumberland office of Enterprise could not have been more pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful. They picked me up at the body shop when I dropped off my personal vehicle. The rental vehicle I received was an SUV, very like my own. I had no performance issues with the rental. Turning it back in was a "piece of cake." No problems at all! Couldn't have been better!
Fast friendly service. Ask for Caroline or Michaela, definitely the best customer service I’ve had for a rental agency.

Always a great experience, when I visit my local mt savage rd in Cumberland! So so polite and always willing to take extra step to make sure , I'm happy and satisfied with my rental ..... A+++++++++++
It was a bad experience since the customer service gave me very bad quality car that I was expecting to stop me anywhere in my way to the airport. That was one of the worst trips with rental cars I had. The car was making loud noise and wasn’t smooth at all to drive.
