Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have used this enterprise before and it was a good experience. There is new staff in at this location, and they are exceptional! The wait was short. But what was excellent was the customer service. When I called, the phone was answered. When I got to the front desk, I was checked in and got a vehicle so quickly. They even tried to get me a bigger vehicle! They answered all questions. All the ladies were impressively professional, and patient.

I had recently had a horrible experience at Hertz Car Rental. I came to Enterprise and the staff there (specifically Kristin) not only got me in a car rental but they also turned my whole day around from horrible to amazing. At drop off everything went quick and smooth. Never going back to Hertz! Enterprise is the best!

Jordan is the ultimate rockstar! Not only was she doing the work of 3 people, she made our rental experience easy, she was clear in her communication and was helpful in accommodating my rental reservation even though my insurance set it up through another location. Thank you again Jordan!

It's just had a wonderful experience with a rental from enterprise rental car. There were efficient. Poignant and considerate... They matched my rental vehicle with what I usually drive... Would highly recommend them!

I’ve rented from here a couple times and always have a pleasant experience with whoever is at the front desk. I just wish they would hire an extra person to help them out, poor ladies were running back and forth between detailing cars and dealing with the customers coming in. That would really help the wait time because I’ve sat for a while both times waiting for a car to be ready.
