Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Felt like I was on a hidden camera show. Got there cause the 1-800 told me to go exchange my car that got a flat. Upon arrival I'm told they only have 4 cars and all are booked (customer service's fault, not theirs) but that a minor mechanic was there and could patch the tire. Half an hour later we walk to the side of the building and there was our car sitting fourth in line. Went back in to ask if we can just leave our car there and take one of the four smaller ones as a voluntarily downgrade and we were told no. Another half hour passes and another car is returned, for which I offered to waive my right to a wash if I can just leave with it and get on with my day. They said no cause "they don't want to keep others waiting''. No one was there and it had already been half an hour. Went back

Excellent location. Professional, detailed and very courteous. Customer service was top notch. The assisted me when the Omni location took my reservation and had nobody working the location. I was forced to go over to the Enterprise and the rental agent assisting me was AWESOME! The Rental Agreement does not show her name, but she was extremely understanding and courteous. The return agent was also amazing. Great experience. Both ladies that attended me deserve credit for representing Enterprise, at this location, in a very good way.

This is by far the best Enterprise (Davenport location) ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟 Customer service is top notch here. The ladies, Amanda, Cuyler and gentlemen are always professional and very courteous. My biggest compliment is for Cuyler Hollis, she is the young lady that is always greeting you with a smile on her face😊. She goes above and beyond to help with your rental and questions you may have. I come here very frequently for my car rentals and she is the best. Thank you to all the wonderful staff. I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely continue to come here.

Ava and,I think his name is Terry did an amazing job! They just need extra help on super busy days…like the Saturday afternoon I returned the car. They were both very helpful when I picked the car up but needed extra hands on drop off.

I get all my rentals from here all the time. I probably spend $500-$800 monthly here. The only problem I have is they don’t have enough BIG SUV’S 3rd Row 7 seaters. Need more in inventory. Every time I try to reserve one, They not available. Mind you lol I reserve a vehicle 2 weeks in advance still not available ! Other than that customer service is A1 they take care of me if they can.
