I had an outstanding experience with Nelly Oliva, Assistant Branch Rental Manager. She is extremely professional and provides phenomenal customer service. Even when the office was completely full, Nelly remained calm, friendly, and highly attentive. Her tone was welcoming, and she handled everything efficiently without ever compromising professionalism. Brian at the front desk gave exceptional customer service from start to finish. He arrived early to work both days and was excellent at coordinating rides to and from our hotel. We received a nice Camry that performed perfectly. Benjamin was on time for pickup and pleasant. Really happy with our experience today.

I sold my car 4 years ago. I have been a frequent renter at the Lighthouse Point and Pine Island location ever since. I find that their service and selection is top notch and I always receive personal care and satisfaction with Enterprise Rent A Car. I have always recommended them to my friends and family and many have done business there to complete satisfaction. They lead in price, selection and customer service and I have no reason to ever rent any where else.

Amazing. The staff, experience and assistance. I was dealing with another person's insurance and was very stressed of renting the car and the situation that came piled with it. The moment. I stepped foot inside, I was welcomed and informed of how this particular rental would work. Got a great clean car. Had to rent a second car after which came with such ease.
