Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I would like to share a very positive experience I had with Enterprise. When I first rented the car in Boston, the vehicle unfortunately had a very strong and unpleasant smell, similar to smoke or something chemical. It made the driving experience uncomfortable. However, when I visited the Enterprise location in Hyannis to explain the situation, the team handled everything in an extremely professional and generous way. They immediately apologized for the inconvenience, asked no questions, and promptly replaced the vehicle. To my surprise, they even upgraded me to a higher category car at the same price. I truly felt well taken care of and respected as a customer. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to resolve the issue quickly made a huge difference. Experiences like this

I’ve been renting from Enterprise for many years, from coast to coast, and this is by far the best location I’ve ever experienced. The team here is incredibly resourceful and genuinely cares about solving your problems. I had a very unusual situation—traveling with a group of eight—and the vehicle I needed wasn’t immediately available. They went above and beyond to locate one for me, and it was a complete lifesaver. The car was brand new, spotless, and perfect for our trip. We made wonderful family memories, and I’m so thankful I found this location. Even though it’s a bit outside Boston, I believe it’s absolutely worth the extra drive or Uber ride, even if you’re flying in or out of Logan. The service here is phenomenal, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Interacted with David and was placed in a nice blue Toyota RAV4 based on what my insurance allowance allowed and what was available at the time. The car was in great condition and was clean. The valet who took me from my body shop to the rental location was also very conversation and timely. Overall, a very personal experience from intake to vehicle assignment. Also noting that Jack helped me getting into another car when I had a mechanical issue!

The manager of Enterprise Dedham is always so helpful, friendly, and professional. He obviously cares about the customers and goes the extra mile to meet their needs. Every time I have visited Enterprise Dedham I have been treated with the utmost courtesy.
