Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented vehicles from this location on 3 different occasions in the past year. Each time we had a positive experience and a easy time picking up and dropping off. Staff was friendly and easy going, I would not hesitate to rent from here again.

Customer service was fine, and I'm happy that they have a real phone number with a real person, in office, answering it. I'd recommend doing a quick inspection of your car before driving it, just to make sure that everything is ready to go.

Site never has cars ready when they are reserved. Always a wait for things to be cleaned, sometimes up to an hour after the reservation time. Over the last 6 months it has been nothing but phones ringing off the hook, people ignoring the phone, angry customers in the waiting room, staff talking about people. I have been super patient but today was the last straw. I canceled my reservation for probably the 12th time this year.

The car we got was a piece of garbage. After a week with it I was driving around while it was raining and water started pouring in through the windshield. I called to see about getting another car, but they were closed and apparently don’t work that have rentals through their insurance. Thank you for making me feel like a double victim, as if having someone hit your car wasn’t bad enough. I called to try to speak with their insurance department that deals with customers renting through their insurance and was told they would call me back. Never got that call. Absolutely terrible service!

Would give 0 (ZERO) stars if I could!! From the start of this rental transaction it was nothing but a disaster!! Had a 5:00 appointment and was there until nearly 7pm waiting on a rental; as Im sitting there waiting, barely even checked in, Cam put another clients car under my name! I asked for a full size car and was told I was getting an upgrade to a Jeep Wrangler, might be cool for some but I needed something I could work out of and that was not it. Returned the Wrangler and met in the parking lot by a rude man with a mullet (who was apparently from another store and some woman bc I was trying to park in the back parking lot, where I've been told to park for the 12+yrs I've been using this location!, I moved my huge truck to the front parking lot where I was told and then was told to mo
