From the moment I walked in to pick up my rental, my experience was great. When I arrived, there was a line of customers already waiting to pick up their rentals. The employee was quick, yet very friendly to each one of us. He was rushing to make sure we were all quickly assisted and he was able to get us on our way as soon as possible. It’s a small lot but very useful if you need a car. The customer service is really good and accommodating. I did not get into any trouble or issues with my experience. If I have any request during my rental, it is best to always let them know. They can work with you and make sure that you are taken care for. Highly recommend them as long you reserve ahead of time.
