I have rented many cars from Enterprise over the years and have always been treated well in any City I've rented in I just returned a vehicle in dinuba California the associate that helped me his name was Noel got me out of there quick when I returned my vehicle so I could get on with my day great staff will definitely make Enterprise my go to when needing a rental car.

It's a small rental place, so a last-minute booking won't guarantee availability. It sucks that there aren't more options for rental places in the Dinuba/ Reedley area. I went in to Enterprise knowing they wouldn't have the car I needed, so I had to get the next best thing, which cost more. AND you have to pay with one credit card that belongs to the same person renting. Keep that in mind when renting from here. The car was cleanish and the workers were kind. The was large enough for all the baggage we were carrying, so I have no complaints about the car or the workers. Always come here expecting that they have a limited amount of cars, that they require credit card, that if you choose to use your own insurance that it includes protection when renting a car, and that you have more money av

The vehicles are generally in good condition, and the rental process is quite convenient, even for last-minute requests. However, I think it would be helpful if they could reconsider the $300 CHARGE not HOLD on debit cards, as it can take up to three days to release the funds, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, implementing a dropbox option would be beneficial. For instance, if you need to return the car on a Friday between 8 and 5, having a dropbox could prevent the need to pay for two extra days and allow for a more seamless rental experience.
