Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I showed 10 minutes early for an 11 AM rental. I had already checked in online. I paid at 11 AM. I wasn't able to leave until 11:40. 40 minutes of watching people come in after me and leave before me. I had a doctors appointment in another city, I tried so hard to still make it there on time, but couldn't because of this awful car rental. I had no time to even learn the car. They also only gave me a 40 miles worth of gas so I was stressing out the entire trip because I had no time to stop. I wasted $20 on an Uber there, $50 on the rental, $15 on gas, $20 for an Uber home. I have never been so angry at a business before.

Needed a car for an upcoming trip. I made the reservation online, and everything went smooth. Upon arrival, check-in was fast and everything setup fine. We were in and out fast, and the customer service was great. The only downside was that the car had a strong marijuana smell. I mentioned it and the rep had it sprayed with air freshener. The odor was not completely gone, and on our trip it became annoying. Other than this, everything was great.

I’ve lost an item recently leaving their location, I’ve been calling nonstop, I can hear them pressing buttons on the other end as they put me on hold. They will let the phone ring out, constantly hang up or send your call to a different location. When I finally got an answer, I was greeted with pure attitude for a simple 30 second conversation.

The courtesy driver who pick me up from Caliber Collision professional and excellent. service. The agent/clerk who rented the Chevy Malibu to me, professional and good customer service. Today when I go to drop off the rental, a different agent/clerk handle the return. He was very nice to me. My phone battery was low and I ask him could he charge my phone so I can call an Uber. He tells me that Enterprise offers a courtesy drop off. The courtesy driver Alex who took me home was extremely friendly and professional. The manager was very nice too. I would definitely rent from Enterprise in Dover, DE again.

The three gentlemen that picked me up were very friendly and they even took my mom's wheelchair in and out for me. The woman who helped me was simply stellar and patient,a lovely person. I was given a choice between a Tucson or a truck, I've never driven either, so I was a little nervous. However, while I was waiting, she came over and said they had a car available, a Mercedes, so needless to say, I was more than happy. Hopefully I won't need to, but if I ever require a rental again, I will be going back to Enterprise.
