Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a really positive experience with Enterprise Car Rentals. Calling on Monday, everything was smooth, and Eden got me set up quickly. Later that night, when a warning light came on for coolant, Abby, the store manager, was great – she quickly had Charles come help out with an mid size SUV with no extra charge. Then on Wednesday, returning the car was just as good. Jack, the assistant manager, was super polite and customer-oriented, which I really appreciated with my customer service background. The whole team was awesome! Much appreciated, Hollyann 🤘😉

Be careful. Car had bad brakes and Abby the manager switched the rate by $20 A day after the car was returned. Very shady practice. Heather, I have already begun the process with corporate. You falsely Charged me a higher rate than agreed. Gave me no copy of my original contract. And provided a damaged vehicle.

After getting in a very bad accident last Friday, the other party who hit me told me I can get a rental covered by enterprise. This is my first time having to rent from them, and as chaotic as my last few days have been they made it SO EASY and only had to ask a few questions to get me going. I had a small issue with the car and they were very quick to swap me out into a better option. On top of that, this all was happening while customers came in and out by the dozens and every single person on this building were super friendly, super patient and at the same time hustling in and out to get cars to and from customers. I mean I saw some employees RUNNING back and forth! That is dedication to a job, and this branch deserves a few free lunches from corporate at least for the eff

I had a similar experience as reviewer/customer Peter Meyer. Roadside assistance picked up the rental car I was driving (which was itself a car I received after a previous roadside assistance request). Customer service sent Doylestown Enterprise a request for me to pick-up a car at this location, as it was nearest. The towed vehicle was a full-size Sedan. The Enterprise associate at Doylestown gave us as a replacement a Toyota Tacoma, a mid-size SUV pickup truck. I let him know my mother could not safely drive such a large vehicle and asked if there was a sedan available. He said he had about 45 preexisting reservations and that we could drive to the airport with the SUV and exchange it without issue for a sedan. At Enterprise of Doylestown, PA. the employees are very friendly and accommondating. I was impressed by the way they worked as a team. Very professional. My rental was very clean. Pick up and return was very easy. Highly recommend Enterprise of Doylestown.
