Listen closely made a reservation Thursday 1/29/2026 called to confirm reservation. Shane or Shawn whatever his name is told me there were no cats they were sold out . I called bs j Friday morning I’m a transporter for horizon Driveaway I called Friday to see if they had any cars Shane told me no cars were available. As I dropped off a truck a model 1 commercial vehicle I had two guys come in as well they work at horizon . They asked me for a ride when my ride came to drop me off at Lawton airport to get a rental since Shane told me they were sold out I decided to just go to Lawton airport. Anyways as I was talking to the two gentleman from horizon they told me that Shane called them and said he gas cars available for the two gentleman. I heard them talking on speaker. My reservation was

Rob(I think that is his name) the current manager in Duncan, Oklahoma is very pleasant and proficient, I have used Enterprise Duncan many times over the last 25 years and this experience was definitely the best!

Would have given five stars but Salesman thanked my good friend for the purchases. Not my husband or I but he did get the car I wanted and that counts more at the moment! We didn't think we were ever going to get one car much less two! The "Detailer" gave me some good info and local business card. Much better than the service I got in Eastern Lubbock TX, close to the "Buddy Holly" Memorial. 0 Stars!

Car was clean, but seats had stains. Windshield had a rock chip on passenger side. Not many to choose from. Glad it was for my spouse to use for work.

I had a great experience with Enterprise when I needed a car as my own was in the shop! The experience was flawless. I asked for a smaller car and was provided one. It was clean and easy to drive. He walked around the car with me to observe that it was clean and free of nicks or dents. He was on time and it took only a few moments to drive away in a great car!
