Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My wife got into a serious accident and our car was destroyed. We went through the other drivers insurance since the other driver was grossly at fault. Her insurance company recommended this specific place and it was a joke. We had a salesman, Nick, who was nice, friendly and courteous, but omg had no clue what he was doing or was just grossly incompetent. We were asking him direct questions about the process and as per the insurance, we were advised to ask him about setting up direct pay. He flat out states we definitely should as we shouldn’t be paying anything out of pocket for this nonsense. He actually said,”I can’t set it up since that’s fraud, and I’ll lose my job.” Ummmm whhhat!!!!! This makes no sense. None whatsoever. Then he neglects to tell us that we will be charged over 600.0

I can not stress this enough the employees here are so nice and welcoming and i am a enterprise plus member i travel 20 mins to this location instead of the location next to my house because of the amazing staff! Nyla and Djello are top tier i hope i spelled his name Correct my apologies if i didn’t but they work well under pressure i watched how they handle Other people with respect ,care and patience they have a forever customer with me the cars are always nice and clean they always try to accommodate you with what you booked. look nowhere else come to this location ! Thank you

Customer service really can feel like a lost art these days. But today my faith was restored thanks to Terrence Webb at Enterprise @ 367 Hwy 18 East Brunswick NJ. He stepped in to help a very frazzled bride, calmly walked us through everything, resolved the issues, and even educated us on options I didn’t know were possible. His patience and kindness turned a stressful moment into a really positive experience. Grateful for people who still take pride in what they do.

I had an outstanding experience at this Enterprise location. Manager Terrence K Webb, Jr. and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of quickly and efficiently. From the moment we walked in, they treated us like valued customers, ensuring everything was handled in a prompt and professional manner. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the process smooth and stress-free. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. At enterprise I reserved a car several months in advance for pick up on December 27, 2025 as my husband and I were traveling to Disney for New Year’s with our grandson. This was a very important family vacation and my children were meeting us there when I arrived to pick up the car. The gentleman at the counter simply told me they had no cars available and said sorry that was a no solution no assistance no accountability. This is completely unacceptable. If a car is reserved months ahead of time it should be honored reserving a vehicle and then being told none are available is false advertising, and shows a total lack of respect for customers time and plans because of enterprise’s failure our vacation plans were severely impacted.
