Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had to go here because my car was wrecked. The insurance company screwed me over and I ended up getting stuck with the car for two extra days. A girl named Melanie helped me within minutes, and convinced the insurance company to extend the agreement. She also reduced my out of pocket expenses because I misunderstood the agreement (or probably wasn't explained it fully) but either way she took care of it. I also placed a call to their 800 number on the day it was supposed to be returned, but the girl on the phone was clueless and did not try to help me at all. If not for that, I'd be dropping a 5 on this particular office based fully on how I was treated by Melanie. The guy who gave me the car was very nice and helpfulness as well, but I can't remember his name. Thank you Melanie for all of

Terrible, terrible experience. I reserved an SUV and showed up at the arranged time. Upon being dropped off, I was told they would not rent me the car as I am 23. The reservation I was able to make (where I specified my age) and all of my conversations with them over the last two days neglected to mention that. Now I have to walk an hour and a half home and pray I can find another rental agency before I have to leave in 5 hours. The worker (I believe Amir), was very helpful trying to find me an alternative. Enterprise sucks and I won't ever use them again.

I reserved a car through there online service for 9am this morning. When my husband and I arrived the person there told us that they no cars on there lot And he had no idea when the truck with replacements would be arriving. The person there just looked at us until we asked if they had another location. He then Begrudgingly called another location for cars. By this time we needed to leave to ensure that we would be at work on time. Needless to say we will never use enterprise again. I would also highly recommend that you never go to this location not only was it dirty but in the entire space completely empty except for one desk and 4 chairs. The sale person even failed to turn lights on in the office even though that they had been opened for over an hour at this point.

I appreciate the professionalism of Enterprise Rent-A-car team at East Meadow. They value your business, and they go the extra mile to make your experience enjoyable.
