If you ever need to rent a vehicle definitely go to the East Syracuse location and see Wyatt/Jacob! All of the employees at the East Syracuse location are very nice and helpful. They go above and beyond and do everything they can to make sure customers are happy! If I need to rent a car again I know that’s where I’m going to rent from!

Great customer service. A wide range of vehicle's that can be selected. Clean and well maintained fleet at the ready. And last but not least, comparatively, fairly priced. Not much more that a customer can ask for.

Great service, and have used Enterprise several time in the past. This most recent rental, was when I dropped off my car at Northside Collision for repair, and Enterprise was there with my rental in 15 minutes! Not only was it promptly delivered, but it was a very decent Toyota Corolla! The only downside (like most newer cars) is it was a vehicle with cheap garbage CVT transmission. Other than that the whole experience was great!

Been renting with Enterprise for my fleet work vehicle for a while now and this location is by far the best location I’ve ever been to. Wyatt and the team are always so helpful and willing to help! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I wanted to leave a 5 star review for David Clark at this location. I was late returning a vehicle due to being stuck in bad snow while traveling for work. David was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation! I really appreciate Enterprise and will continue doing business with them in the future!
