Enterprise Rent-A-Car

From booking to pickup, during use, and return, everything was fantastic. The process was smooth, clearly communicated, and completely stress-free. Pickup was on time, the vehicle was spotless and exactly as described, and it performed perfectly throughout the trip. Return was just as easy, with clear instructions and no hassle. What really stood out was the level of professionalism and care throughout the entire experience. It felt well organized, reliable, and customer-focused from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this service and would not hesitate to book again.

Easy to rent .. in and out.. have problems with oil with first car so called them up and told us to switch it out for another vehicle in a different state no problem. Thank you

If I could give no stars I would. They are ignorant and sneaky. They have you sign the tablet and they don’t show you anything that you’re signing for. They do not tell you about all the hidden fees or extras at the time of getting a rental. You don’t know until you get your bill in the mail or see it on your transactions on your credit/ debit card statement. When you call to try to figure things out, their employees hang the phone up on you like you’re nothing to them. I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH ENTERPRISE AGAIN. In all honesty I would rather walk than deal with them to rent a car ever again. Worst experience I have ever dealt with and I’ve been in some pretty bad situations.

My recent experience has been great overall. Everyone at the desk was friendly and courteous. Nick especially went above and beyond to make sure I had a satisfying experience. Though, the manager came across as a bit arrogant and sassy.

Arrived to what appeared to be friendly staff who were eager to help. Did all the pre-rental paperwork online to expedite the pickup process. Was then told they were going to get a car. Sat there for 5 minutes before being told someone had to go pick it up. Sat for another 5 minutes before asking how long I was going to be as it was past my rental reservation time now. Was told 10 minutes, then updated to 7 minutes. Ended up being 20 minutes. Didn’t get my car till a half hour past my reserved time. Branch manager seems to careless, was busy talking about charts and IDW numbers with employees. When I finally am told the car is ready there was a light for low washer fluid which I then had to sit and wait for them to fill as some sort of consolation? As a former Enterprise employee, and rent
