Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Flew in from San Antonio to go tubing at Canaan Valley, but got a nail in a tire in the car we picked up from Enterprise at IAD. The folks at the Elkins Enterprise location helped my family and I get into a new vehicle as a replacement. They were prompt, professional, and took ownership of the problem. It took me longer to drive to the location (40m) than it took for the Elkins team to get me in a new vehicle (20m) and on my way back to the slopes. Great work!

They want a utility bill, paystub, and proof of full coverage insurance because I don't have a MAJOR credit card. I'm trying to leave a bad relationship and start a new life and this is a major roadblock.
