Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The $137 I paid at the beginning of my rental was never credited to my final invoice, which caused me to be overcharged by more than $200. My responsibility was $9 per day for 40 days, and my insurance covered $30 per day. Based on these amounts, the initial $137 should have been deducted from my final balance, but it was not. I am requesting an immediate correction and reimbursement for the overcharge.

I have rented vans for our church for a couple months now. Walk in today and they have to have a physical card present for the transaction. Haven’t needed one at all over the last 2-3 times we have rented it and now today they need one. So needless to say I have to out this rental on my own personal card now since I can’t actually get a physical card here in time. Can’t say I’d recommend Enterprise for anything. They won’t be getting anymore business from our church or myself. I’ll go to Hertz from here on out.

I’m usually not one to leave a negative review. I understand that everything can’t always go as planned but I’ve given this place 5 chances now because it’s the closest one to home. This last experience was the final nail in the coffin. My wife and I reserved a car 8 months in advance and spent the extra money for a luxury car because we were going to be driving 3000+ miles and wanted to be as comfortable as possible. We showed up to pick up the car and of course they didn’t have it. The guy behind the counter said he had been trying to find one for us the last few days but then lied saying that it wasn’t his fault. He said that because we reserved through a third party site that they didn’t communicate with them and he didn’t know that he needed a luxury car for us lol. If that’s the case

I reserved a vehicle multiple days in advance, to arrive with no vehicle available. Then they rushed around to say they can get one, just to be a letdown once again. The whole time, one guy is answering the phone, helping me, and doing what two other people in the back were commanding. Poorly ran, poorly organized, poorly managed, don't use if you actually need a rental on time .

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Enterprise. I had made a confirmed reservation well in advance, expecting that my car would be ready when I arrived. However, when I got there, the representative simply told me “no cars available” without showing any concern or responsibility for the situation. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of effort to provide an alternative solution. There was no apology, no attempt to check other nearby locations, and no concern for the inconvenience caused. I was left stranded without a vehicle, which completely disrupted my plans. When customers book with Enterprise, they trust that the company will honor its commitment. Not only was that trust broken, but the way it was handled showed a lack of professionalism and
