I had a very disappointing experience at the Englewood Enterprise location. The vehicle I was given had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to drive, and the overall condition raised safety concerns. The car did not feel well-maintained, which is unacceptable when you’re trusting a rental company with your safety on the road. The car selection was extremely limited, with few clean or reliable options available, and I was essentially told to “take what’s there.” On top of that, the staff seemed unreliable and disorganized; information changed depending on who you spoke with, and concerns about the vehicle were brushed off rather than addressed professionally. I expect basic standards such as clean, safe vehicles and dependable customer service from a major rental company.
