Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Insurance made me an appointment. I wait in line, it’s my turn but lady ignored me and multiple employees were occupied. 2 walk-ins immediately get service before me. Anthony (positive experience good service) takes me through everything efficiently and clearly. They only had cars some below the budget my insurance allotted but i accepted a car I found decent nonetheless and was grateful. We’re filling everything out. Manager comes out of nowhere and I was rejected the car. I haven’t done anything wrong. I had valid license and payment. Gonna talk to enterprise to see if i can get a rental. I need a car to go to work. Don’t want to come back to this place ever again. Anthony was nice and helpful however.

Because the airport was low on inventory for the holiday weekend, I had to go with the local branch. Seeing that I was pressed for time, instead of making me wait for a full-size car to be cleaned, the new assistant manager Mohamed and employee Anthony offered to upgrade me to an suv for a very small fee, which got me on my way within 5 minutes. I was grateful at the way they went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. Thanks for turning around a bad situation.

The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was professional, courteous, friendly and the manager was willing to accommodate and assist. The car was clean and enhances measures of disinfectant were present. An after hours drop box was an added feature for ease of return. I would definitely return to this location.
