Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a great experience with this location. I needed a rental car on short notice due to an insurance claim and they were able to get me in a car the next day. The car was clean enough considering they had just gotten it back the night before and I picked it up that morning. I had to extend my rental a few times and they were helpful and accommodating. Everyone I spoke to and worked with was always polite and friendly. I ended up leaving the car at the bodyshop close to a different Enterprise location and they picked up the car for me. I really appreciated that convenience! Overall I had a very good experience and have no complaints, so thank you!

Unclean car delivered despite of asking for a clean car. I was in a rush and did not inspect the car before sitting in and driving off. But noticed right away after starting to drive the dirty steering and central console. The floor was not vacuumed and when J got out of the car realized that the car was not washed at all. Hence the low rating.

Had an issue on the turnpike with my personal vehicle and needed a car last minute to get to western PA for a family health issue. Made reservation Sunday night for Monday morning pickup. Was able to do a slight upgrade for a minimal extra charge. Dominic was there on my pick up - extremely accommodating, and quickly got me on my way. When I called the next day to extend my rental return to Wed AM as opposed to Tuesday afternoon, Dominic also took care of this. When I turned the car in Wed AM, Dominic was there again and had his driver take me to pick up my own car at the repair shop. All very accommodating and not one extra penny from my original quote. Excellent customer service from Dominic and my driver!!

I reserved a 4WD truck and they left me hanging. Gave me 1 story after another. Truck I was supposed to have came back badly damaged, other truck the renter didn’t bring it back and wasn’t answering their phone. I only got these stories when I called multiple times to make sure they had the truck for me. Zero customer service from them. They never once reached out to me to say there was a problem and the first time I called they simply left me on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up and called back. And when you answer a phone at a business you should say something more that just “hello” as if you were answering your home phone.

I made a reservation yesterday and now have additional questions I need to ask before picking up the vehicle. I’ve been calling for two hours. The rep is answering the phone, then not saying anything. I can hear talking to people in the background and sometimes weird breathing. I don’t know what’s going on, I will NOT be booking from this location again!
