This location is great. During the time of day when I was there it wasn't very busy at all. The facility is spacious and clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The customer service was respectful and polite. My agent was very professional. Adequate parking was available. Thank you for the service that you provided me.

I rented my second car from this Location, First car I told the can I get another van cause it’s be in a accident I don’t want it they didn’t care to listen to my request. Now I’m going thru a insurance company and I guess they gave me the worst car, service light, accident lights, tire going low, also I got a call that’s I need to contact my insurance or I’m stuck with the bill like no one communicated with the insurance. I’m the one in the accident it not my insurance company. I feel cause I got a car that I don’t have to pay for out my pocket I just get anything and that’s not right at all:

He greeted me warmly and took the time to explain the rental process in detail. The car itself was clean, in excellent condition, and ready to go. Returning the vehicle was just as easy as picking it up, quick and hassle-free. Customer service like this is rare, and it truly made a difference.
