Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Poorest phone answering in all of business. Have people who will tell you they are doing something on the phone and yet they don’t send email receipt. Tasha is horrible customer service and needs to be trained. Called and spoke with her about my receipt and she told me she sending it now and 4 hrs goes by nothing I call again and speak with her and she assures me she is sending right then and there while on phone and never sent it. I had to call customer support and Diego sent it to me instantly. I mean I’m a weekly customer who spends tons of money thru enterprise and to be treated and lied to as I am is unprofessional. I will take my business to another company. I challenge any enterprise boss to go undercover and do a rental experience with Fairfield Ohio location or Middletown and tell

Rented a vehicle in August through September that had its registration expire back in March. I only found out after getting pulled over and being questioned about the vehicle. I called Enterprise customer service and they did literally nothing to rectify this. This is the second location in the area that cannot be trusted. Edit: Just so those reading this review knows, I already contacted Enterprise prior to posting and got absolutely nowhere. Now that this review was publicly posted they want to act like they will address this situation by posting a response even though they never will. Your company has my name and I posted the car information of the rental. You want to fix this then contact me.

Had to bring car back to springdale location, maintenance cleans the cars but do not check the cars, tire had a nail in it, had to deviate from my trip to return the car and had to go to three different dealerships before I could get another car. they did however took a day off my price i really appreciated that

Easy to rent from prices are very competitive their cars are dependable and reliable and clean when you pick them up highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Cars

Enterprise offered us excellent service. They provided the size car we needed and as you would want the car was very clean. They dropped the car off at the repair shop when we brought our van in for repairs and allowed us to leave it at the shop on the day the repairs were completed. We could not have asked for better, more courteous service.
