Excellent experience at the Enterprise location on 208 Lincoln Hwy in Fairless Hills. From pickup to return, everything was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The vehicle was clean, in great condition, and exactly as expected. The check-in and return process were quick and straightforward, with no pressure or surprises. You can tell this location is well run. I especially want to call out the female staff member working there, she was outstanding. Friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, she made the entire experience easy and pleasant. It felt like she genuinely cared about getting everything right and making sure I was taken care of, which isn’t always a given with car rentals. First and foremost, I want to say that I absolutely love Enterprise. They are probably the best rental company out there, and I’ve had great experiences overall. However, avoid this location at all costs if you value your time and peace of mind. I’m a Gold tier member who has rented with Enterprise plenty of times. I booked a mini SUV at this location, which they confirmed was available. When I arrived, I was told they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved. Instead, they tried to upsell me to a different car—at more than double the cost of my original booking. I asked the front desk if my Gold tier status guaranteed bookings, and the response was a shrug and a blunt “no.” To make matters worse, they suggested I go to another location—while I was standing there with my 5-year-old son and no tr
Horrible customer service I booked a car at night as that’s what they showed available for a Jeep Wrangler. I get here at 8am and the car is not here the front desk lady advising it’s at their other location. No compassion no empathy just said I would hope the guys get here by 8:30am-8:45am. What type of service is this? She didn’t call she didn’t try to accommodate just shrug her shoulders. I’m literally looking at a black wrangler on the lot. Very unprofessional drove 40 mins for a waste of time. Will never come back to this location again.
So disappointed with this location. I was given a car with low coolant and now I’m stuck with this car and I hope it doesn’t over heat. A 2024 shouldn’t have this issue. I am extremely disappointed that the people who work there don’t do a thorough check of the cars. Under the hood and all before just giving customers these cars and then these issues come up that leave them stranded especially on a day like today where places aren’t open as late or vehicles are available to swap in different locations. We as customers spend over $500 to get this kind of service. I trusted I was getting a good car from a reliable company and this didn’t happen.
WE rented a vehicle through a Third party. The process was simple and easy. Went in and gave my reservation number, and opted for car protection. Originally I had already selected the car online they allowed me to change the vehicle to something different but within the price range I was looking for. Clean facility, great selection of vehicles, good customer service provided by Megan and another young man sitting at the desk. One of the only smaller issues we had was that the window shield wiper fluid sensor kept going off the whole time the vehicle was in our possession saying that there wasn't enough fluid and the car. So my suggestion to this facility would be to just make sure your fluids are topped off before you send the car off. We dropped the car off after hours, that was simple.
