Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Outstanding service. I rented a car for a week and requested an AWD SUV. I called the day of renting to verify I was going to get an AWD. Fife didn't have one but offerred other models, but one might come in before I got there. The mgr called me, another agent called me (Payton I believe) and left msgs. I called back and stated an awd was needed as I was going up into the mountains. They stated it wasn't available. I was resigned to get another car. By the time I got to the yard, Payton had found one and a Jeep Rubicon 4x4 was waiting for me at the agreed price. AWESOME work guys. thanks, and I will rent from this office again.

I am reviewing the gentleman that works at the branch here, he is from Texas. I recommend that he does all training for all of the whole company. He was polite, helpful, and easy to communicate with! Your company is very lucky to have found him. On another note: To Enterprise The new computerized phone system is very bad! I find it very comber some. Most if not all of the information that is taken does not even transfer to the agent you will be taking to.

Enterprise, pick me up at the location where my van was being repaired. They also let me leave the rental at the same place so I didn't have to worry about anything. Everyone at Enterprise was very professional. They even called me after they got the rental back to let me know. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Enterprise

Exceptional Service at Enterprise Fife. Although the SUV we reserved wasn’t available, the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Every employee greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely valued. Their professionalism and hospitality turned a potential inconvenience into a great experience. We’ll definitely be returning to this location in the future.
