The men and women at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car branch at 1103 North Lindbergh go out of their way to make your car rental experience fantastic. They are friendly, helpful and efficient. I have always had excellent experiences with all of them and highly recommend this branch. They always have a car ready for me, pick me up or deliver me back to my house quickly and have a smile and a happy attitude. They make the process seamless and a positive experience. Everyone at Enterprise Florissant is absolutely AMAZING. Battling leukemia, they are overwhelmingly helpful and understanding. Sophia, Peter, and especially the gentleman that worked with me on this past Saturday, 11/22, (it’s killing me that his name is escaping me at this time but he was absolutely amazing!), and all of the guys that work at the front counter know me by name when I walk in, offer me water and have even pulled a chair up to the counter for me whenever I’m just discharged from the hospital or chemo. In the start of calling numbers to enterprise to rent car,was bad,but manager helped along and with a discount for vald problems. Moving along,,florissant mo branch was great and helped me by picking me up about 1.5 Miles to my house,she was great and the guy that took me back.Great group of people at the time I was there. I reserved my car at the Florissant, MO Hwy 67 location, prior to arriving in STL for a funeral. Check in went smoothly until the attendant took me out to check the car. The Chevy Malibu had minor bumper damage that he pointed out, but upon opening the drivers door the distinct overwhelming smell of marijuana came from the car. I told him I couldn't possibly take that car but he promised they could deodorize it in 15 minutes. After he deodorized it the smell of marijuana AND ammonia was suffocating!!! The only other car they had available smelled the exact same way. Kyle the manager apologized and said the attendant may not have noticed the smell while cleaning it...how could you NOT??? I had to cancel my reservation and call my cousin to get a ride to the airport. I ended up renting from
