Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I paid $820 for an SUV that ended up having a broken windshield washer nozzle and a ripped wiper blade. I was in a bad storm and couldn’t see out the windshield due to not being able to use the washer fluid and wiper. I tried to clear it myself for 20 minutes in freezing temps. We had to stop every 20-30 minutes to manually clear the windshield. Sometimes in areas that had a shoulder not wide enough for a car, as Semi’s were going past me at 40-60mph. A 14hr trip turned into a 19 hr trip. I was told my charges would be paused until I received a call from the manager. 3 days later, no call and charges have posted. We also had a nonstop warning from the rear trunk latch and sensors that randomly would not work and flash for hours on the dash. While driving we called enterprise and asked for

I had a great experience with Enterprise. The staff was very nice, welcoming, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the rental process smooth and stress-free. Renee was especially wonderful—she was very informative and patient in explaining everything regarding the rental car, which I truly appreciated. Overall, excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this location and will be using Enterprise again in the future.

I had a great rental experience at this location. I had an issue with my rental car upon returning the vehicle. It took a bit time to process but the staffs were very friendly. Will definitely come back for more rentals.

Friendly and helpful staff. The vehicle I rented had a mechanical issue which I noticed immediately. Staff helped me swap it out for a replacement vehicle which actually was better and had a lower price. Five stars to the staff and four stars for the experience. Will rent from here again.
