Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very accommodating, friendly and professional service with each person that I dealt with. I will definitely use them again. My tires needed air when I took the car because of the temperature drop outside. They were quick to get air in the tires and had me on my way. Thank you all for great service!

The staff was great and the rental was quick and uncomplicated. The business is very close to my home also. My only negative was availability of smaller vehicles. No cars were available in any model. My rental was much larger than what I was used to driving. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Kaitlyn will lie straight to your face and laugh! Need to find another job or be replaced with a competent and professional. Stated at pick up, Nissans don't have Apple Carplay and that I need to upgrade for that feature when in reality their port does not work 🙄 Will never rent again at this location. Be aware if you make an online reservation, they will tell you they don't have the car you chose and charge you their prices instead- switch bait.

Made a reservation a few weeks ago for a Ford Mustang convertible. Received a call the day before saying they didn’t have any in stock and offered a different vehicle. No problem at all. I was able to rent a dodge challenger. Wow. What an awesome car. The customer service was SUPERIOR by the associate who called me and helped me out with the reservation. She went over the features of the car with me, walked around and make sure there’s no existing damage on the car, and even asked why I was renting it and where I was headed. I returned it this morning with no issues at all and was on my way. Thank you enterprise for making this a hassle, free rental and making things easier than expected. Also, when I first got in the car, it was only averaging 20 miles per gallon. It got all the way up

I was in need of a rental as someone banged into my car and it needed repair. I chose to use the other parties insurance so it did not affect my rates. I brought my car to Dyer Collision & Repair, Enterprise picked me up only 5 or 10 minutes after Dyer wrote up the repair order, and when I dropped the car off at Enterprise they took me back to Dyer to pick up my car almost immediately. I am also an Enterprise Member as I travel quit a bit, well I did before COVID. I have never had a problem with Enterprise, 5 stars all the way around!
